CORMAC has an Equality, Diversity, Fairness and Opportunity Steering Group which is made up of members from each division of the Company, with each person having the responsibility for disseminating key messages back to their areas of responsibility.

CORMAC’s Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED)

CORMAC are obliged to produce public sector equality data as the general duty applies to bodies carrying out public functions on behalf of a public authority. CORMAC have specific duties under the Equality Act 2010 to publish information to demonstrate our compliance with the general equality duty.
