Meet the Senior Leadership Team
Simon Deacon, Director of Operations
Simon has a portfolio that delivers surfacing, highway and environmental maintenance, and facilities management solutions including property maintenance and cleaning services.
Joe Keohane, Group Director of Finance
Joe brings private sector experience to the group and a track record in strategic business growth and development. Joe is responsible for financial management and strategic procurement.
Dominic Bostock, Commercial Director
Dominic is the Commercial Director of CORMAC Contracting Ltd and is responsible for commercial and operational aspects of CORMAC’s growing civil engineering business.
Andy James, Head of Highways and Environment
Andy is responsible for ground works, landscape design and construction, tree inspection and arboriculture and childrens playgrounds.
Ian Bounsall, Head of Surfacing, Aggregates and Recycling
Ian is responsible for surface dressing, various surface treatment solutions, patching and repair works, a full range of macadam anti skid surfaces; and low loader and plant transportation.
Paul Nevatt, Head of Facilities Services
Paul is responsible for commercial kitchen maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, cleaning, caretaking and security.
Nick James, Head of Contracts
Nick is responsible for major construction, civil engineering and infrastructure schemes, highway improvements, marine and coastal works, land and mining remediation.
Richard Taylor, Head of Consultancy
Richard is responsible for engineering, highway and structures design, project management, materials testing, geotechnics and mining advice, asbestos services, contaminated land investigation.
Gina Pearson, Head of Community Services
Gina is responsible for STEPS reablement and CORCARE domiciliary care services. The teams offer tailor-made packages of care and support to help adults to live the lives they wish in their own homes.
