Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship with Cormac?
I decided to apply for the apprenticeship with Cormac due to the advertisement highlighting the process of rotating around the different areas of the company, allowing me to gain a variety of new skills which was something that other companies didn’t seem to offer.
The advertisement also highlighted the support that would be available to gain professional qualifications in addition to academic qualifications.

As a highway steward I could be carrying out routine inspections of the highway network, dealing with customer/stakeholder enquiries or creating minor works packages in order for repairs/improvements to be made to the network.

What is your favourite thing about your apprenticeship?
Before recently taking a permanent role, I was given the opportunity to work in several different departments within the business as part of the rotation scheme.
