Much of the training we do for you will allow you to meet your regulatory, mandatory or business compliance requirements. The centre is currently approved by a number of training organisations and awarding bodies to offer nationally-recognised qualifications. 

The centre also works at both regional and national level with the  review and revision of existing and future qualifications.

The training centre is able to offer a range of training - from apprenticeships through to training for experienced staff at locations within Cornwall or where your business is.

Apprenticeship Complaints, Compliments and Appeals Policy

Corserv aims to provide a progressive, flexible, and balanced service that seeks to develop the skills, abilities, and qualities in apprentices that are necessary for the effective performance to the force.

All staff will be given guidance on how to acknowledge complaints or complaints and how to deal with them, record them, and escalate them accordingly. This process is shared will all learners during their induction and is highlighted during reviews. Please take a look at the policy.
