Healing Garden at Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro

An exciting project for Cormac, constructing a healing and sensory garden for critically ill patients.

The garden is one of the first in the country with a medical gas facility, enabling patients to receive treatment whilst in a therapeutic outdoor space, experiencing nature as part of their recovery. The opening ceremony was attended by staff, directors and trustees of Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust and Charity. Robin and Louella Hanbury Tenison who led the fundraising, and a number of supporting local businesses, including Cormac.
